In defense of all the yolks and milk fat: I&#039;m a huge advocate of real food, and the choice between real ice cream and store bought is a no-brainer. Personally, I&#039;d rather have real eggs and cream over strange unpronounceable ingredients and fish DNA (yes, it&#039;s in commercial ice creams for real). Your arteries won&#039;t mind that much, and your liver probably likes dealing with fats better than dealing with chemicals.</description>
